إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُ فِى لَيۡلَةِ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ

Indeed, We sent the Qur’an down during the Night of Decree.

إِنَّآIndeed, We أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُrevealed it فِىin لَيۡلَةِ(the) Night ٱلۡقَدۡرِ(of) Power.

وَمَآ أَدۡرَٮٰكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ

And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?

وَمَآAnd what أَدۡرَٮٰكَcan make you know

مَاwhat

لَيۡلَةُ(the) Night ٱلۡقَدۡرِ(of) Power (is)?

لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ خَيۡرٌ۬ مِّنۡ أَلۡفِ شَہۡرٍ۬

The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.

لَيۡلَةُ(The) Night ٱلۡقَدۡرِ(of) Power خَيۡرٌ۬(is) better مِّنۡthan أَلۡفِa thousand شَہۡرٍ۬month(s).

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيہَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّہِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٍ۬

The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.

تَنَزَّلُDescend ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةُthe Angels وَٱلرُّوحُand the Spirit فِيہَاtherein,بِإِذۡنِby (the) permission رَبِّہِم(of) their Lord,مِّنfor كُلِّevery أَمۡرٍ۬affair,

سَلَـٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطۡلَعِ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ

Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.

سَلَـٰمٌPeace هِىَit (is)حَتَّىٰuntil مَطۡلَعِ(the) emergence ٱلۡفَجۡرِ(of) the dawn.
